I wanted to let you know that I have never received the amount of quality resumes that I got from this job posting. I had 2 people hired the same day it was listed. Hiring for this position has always been a problem because of the low wages that are paid for this position in our industry. Even if you manage to find the proper person, they don't tend to stick around for more that a couple of months. I have enough resumes now to last me for the next few months and I will be recommending this site to my associates.
